A Jazz lover since the age of 12, Lived at one time in an apartment over the VILLAGE GATE a nightclub in New York City. Was sitting in the FIVE SPOT EAST another New York nightclub the night Ahmed Jamal recorded Ponciana. Assisted in the establishment of the HAWAII JAZZ CLUB in Kailua-Kona, Hi.
