I'm wondering how many of us started out likeing jazz.  Or is it music for the old?  Also, who are your favorite musicians, mainly, guiarist and drummers. I guess lets add bass, sax and piano.  How…Continue

something different-

I sometimes wonder about music the rhythms, the notes, the leeds, the beats an its limitations. It sometims seems that there is nothing left for us hear asthough it has all been thought of. The question is,is there anything left to write an also dealing with the red tape involved must be difficult to say the least. I really think it limits music an its writers in so many ways. Somtimes money dictates who can and who can not. Its like there are doctors with I.Qs. of 100 or less, and street sweepers…See More

Hey all,

Thought i'd just drop in and say hello.By the way I did not put out a C.D.,the only thing I play is a C.D. player. I always wished that I played an instrument. But that does'nt stop me from loving music, from a-z. I sometimes feel that alot of songs are ruined by bad vocals. Mainly in rock music where vocals don't seem to matter that much, but that is the reason alot of bands don't make it.The voice is an instrument, and just as good drums or guitars matter , so does a singing voice. Another…See More

Anyway it's baseball season, and the playoffs are under way.I'm a yankee fan so pull for the yankee's, they play with all there might.Buy the way for those of you who they have some sort advantage your wrong, there older than most teams,an have no size advantage, also the other teams get higher draft choice's.One other thing if I may it's about steroids it is my feelings and I would like for you to read this. This is something I wrote when a certain few people were caught----
Here we go again! First of all, not a word from Big Poppy or Manny but I guess that's ok. Alex has been through enough. We are fortunate that we have him (Alex). Since when are we judge, jury & executioners? We are quick to forgive others who drink, take drugs, steal, commit adultery and even kill. Athletes who take these drugs are not trying to "get high", they are only trying to get better at their sport. Lets face it, you don't take a shot and wake up superman. There are plenty of consequences like some people become sterile, others contract forms of cancer and even die. That is the risk they take. If sports didn't demand such high salaries just maybe the competition to become great wouldn't be so fierce. We the fans are the ones that demanded excellance at all costs and now we are blindly lead by sports reporters and failed athletes, and others that are worried about old records. If Roger Maris played in a different park Babe Ruth would have the record. If you think for one moment that Barry Bonds, ARod, and the others didn't work hard to get where they are then your the ones who must be on drugs. Honestly, I was against it at one time but the more I thought about it, the more it seemed acceptable. It's their bodies, it also makes sports most intense. Please try to be open minded and forgiving. They're not harming you or me...only themselves. It's some how seems to level the playing field. Not everyone is born with a "Charles Atlas" body.
thank you for letting me vent!!
